A Very Versatile Instrument

• The double 20 strand snares are fully adjustable which gives you great flexibility.
• With the snares fully on the cajon has a bright lively snare sound.
• And with the snares fully off the cajon becomes a great acoustic drum with a bongo/bodhran feel.

Robust construction.

• All of our cajons are hand made in the UK. We use only hand selected 12mm Birch ply for the body of the cajon which gives excellent strength and a deep resonant bass tone.
• The playing surface is 4mm Birch ply with an internal acrylic finish which gives the snare a lively and crisp tone.
• The snares are easily adjustable using the quick release handle on the side of the cajon.

I have been out busking with it and the volume was perfect even in a busy high street.

I've recorded the drum with a single mic positioned just above the sound hole and I needed very little eq to get the sound just right.

I've also played live with it....it's fantastic for acoustic nights and open mic sessions.
